Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bits is medium cast surface which makes
the bit suitable for normal hard to hard and strong abrasive
formation.
2. The conical surface is shallow, so the bit has good orientation,
good cleaning effect and strong aggressivity.
3. The moderate distance between the nose part and the center makes
the bit's crown have bigger area to resist impact.
4. The shoulder part of the bit is welded by triangular-teeth PDC
cutters to increase the impact resistance.
5. The gauge surface is welded by single-row PDC cutters gauge
teeth in order to improve abrasive resistance.
6. These different-structured PDC cutters are used to enhance the
abrasive resistance of easy-to-wear parts.
