Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bits is long cast surface covered by
double-row cutters so that it can increase the stability when the
bit is drilling in a high speed. The bit is suitable for abrasive
formation.
2. The stress on the shoulder part is complex and the wear is
serious.so the local strengthening design is adopted to maximize
the equivalent density of the PDC cutters and enhance the wear
resistance.
3. The drill bit is designed with 3 blades with wide flow to
prevent the drill from pilling. The blade is designed to be
asymmetrical to eliminate unbalanced forces and reduce damage to
the cutter.
4. The gauge surface is designed in a spiral shape to increase the
density of teeth and reduce the length of the effective gauge
diameter. This design can increase the measuring area, reduce the
torque, and increase the life of the drill. At the same time, the
drill can be better controlled by the nozzle. The double-row PDC
knife gauge teeth are embedded/inlaid with the long gauge surface
to enhance wear resistance and gauge effect. It also increases bit
stability.
