Characteristics:

1. The crown surface of the drill bit is a medium cast surface, which is suitable for medium to hard and abrasive formations.

2. The middle casting surface is designed with good stability, good guiding quality and strong impact resistance. The tapered surface has 4 large nozzles for better cleaning of the drill bit and removal of cuttings so that the cutter is not reused to cut cuttings during drilling.

3. The cutter (model: 1308) is inserted symmetrically in a staggered manner to circumscribe the rock with a back inclination of 15° to 20°. Therefore, the drill bit has a high penetration rate and good stability. This model PDC tool is a comprehensive high-performance tool.

4. The gauge surface is welded separately with double-row alloy gauge bars, which makes the drill bit wear-resistant and protects the gauge well.
